Terms & Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with JCD Group LLC, D.B.A. Accurate Plastic Printers, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined on this page. These terms apply to all estimates, invoices, orders, services, and deliveries unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
2. Orders & Production
All orders are produced based on customer-approved artwork, specifications, quantities, and proofs.
jcd Group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers is not responsible for errors after customer approval.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
3. Material & Color Variations
Due to the nature of printing and manufacturing processes, slight variations in color, texture, thickness, finish, or material characteristics may occur between production runs. These variations are considered normal and acceptable and do not constitute defects or grounds for refunds or reprints.
4. Shipping, Declared Value & Liability
Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to a third-party carrier, it is no longer under our control.
Customers must declare shipment value at the time of order if insurance coverage is desired.
Declared value may increase shipping costs.
If no declared value is provided:
The shipment will be sent without additional insurance
jcd group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or missing items while in the carrier’s possession
Reprints, replacements, or refunds will not be provided at our expense
Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be handled directly with the carrier and are subject to the carrier’s terms and limitations.
5. Reprints, Refunds & Claims
Claims for defects or errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Claims must include clear photos and documentation
No refunds or reprints will be issued for:
Shipping issues without declared value
Customer-approved errors
Normal material or color variation inherent to the printing process.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered, approved proofs, or delivered orders. Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation, including artwork approvals, delivery confirmations, and signed agreements. Customers are responsible for all chargeback-related fees incurred.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined on the invoice
Orders may be held or delayed if payment is not received as agreed
Late payments may be subject to fees
8. Storage & Abandoned Orders
Completed orders not picked up, shipped, or scheduled for delivery within 30 days of completion may be subject to storage fees. Orders left unclaimed for an extended period may be disposed of at AccuPlastic’s discretion without refund.
9. Intellectual Property & Artwork
Customers confirm they have the legal right to use all artwork, logos, trademarks, and content provided

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold jcd group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers harmless from any related claims
10. Customer-Supplied Materials
If a customer provides materials, files, substrates, or components, AccuPlastic is not responsible for defects, delays, or failures caused by those materials. Any additional labor, rework, or replacement costs resulting from unusable or defective customer-supplied materials will be the customer’s responsibility.
11. Confidentiality
All customer files, data, pricing, and project details are treated as confidential

12. Marketing, Portfolio & Social Media Use
Unless explicitly requested in writing, jcd group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers reserves the right to:
Photograph completed work
Display work samples on:
Our website
Social media platforms
Advertising and promotional materials
Internal portfolios
No confidential or sensitive customer information will be disclosed.
Customers may opt out of promotional use by submitting a written request prior to production.
13. Google Review Discount Policy
Customers who leave a Google review for AccuPlastic using the official review link may receive 3% off their next order.
This discount is valid for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or discount.
To redeem the discount, the customer must place a new order and provide proof of review.
AccuPlastic reserves the right to refuse or revoke the discount if the review cannot be verified, is submitted multiple times, or is deemed fraudulent.
By participating, the customer acknowledges and agrees that AccuPlastic’s decision regarding discount eligibility is final. Leave Review Here
14. Limitation of Liability
jcd’s group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or delays.
15. Force Majeure
jcd group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, equipment failure, power outages, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, carrier delays, government actions, or natural disasters.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
17. Updates to Terms
jcd group llc, d.b.a. accurate plastic printers reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
